Treetop trail, high ropes course, fairy tale forest, cable car to the castle hill, train station, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity within walking distance in approx. 5-10 minutes. Despite the proximity to the shopping street of Bad Harzburg, the apartment is super quiet, so nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep.

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Apartment 2 on the Harz in beautiful nature

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

The "WanderLust" is located in the heart of Bad Harzburg. Hiking trails, the Harz National Park, the game reserve, parks and the city are within walking distance in a few minutes. We are happy to reveal our insider tips ;-) The apartment is comfortably designed with fireplace & TV and designed for 2-3 people. We bought a travel mattress for a 3rd person. However, we can only offer bedding for 2 guests. We are happy to provide a crib for toddlers free of charge.
