Charming Cottage

In the centre of Annoeullin, with many shops, 20 minutes from Lille and 5 minutes from the train station to Lille or Lens, a pretty little house of about 60 m2 on 2 levels. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room around the pellet stove on the ground floor. A few steps up a magnificent cathedral living room with TV and wifi, sofa and a 2-seater sofa bed. A comfortable and quiet double bedroom and bathroom. On request, a single mattress can be provided in the mezzanine. We're waiting for you 😉

In our garden...

On the garden floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a bed 2 pers, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the end of the garden, the "cabin once upon a time": a bed for 2 people. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and need to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

Studio Namasté

Studio calme et chaleureux, entièrement refait et aménagé, situé à l'arrière de ma maison, en bordure de jardin. Parking gratuit à proximité du logement. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.

Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac; it is in our charming house that you will spend a relaxing stay. This house has a free parking space, a large living-dining room complete with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with large beds. And a 3rd bedroom, with a single bed. For sunny days, relax in our small, shady courtyard. Be careful with children, the stairs to access the bedrooms are steep.

Everything is provided to allow you to travel light (bed linen and bathroom linen).
