Tiny house holiday rentals in Bay of Kotor

Staying at this place for 4 nights was like a daydream for us and our active dog. He was so delighted by such a big space where he could run and play. We were stunned by the opportunity to enjoy the view of the mountains, the bay and the starry sky, which was incredible during the Perseid meteor shower. If you want to have a rest away from the noise and crowds of tourists on the coast then this place has everything you need - small but fully-equipped house with kitchen, shower and a lot of small cozy details. Special thanks for the lights and the wireless speaker - we could listen to music all the time anywhere in the garden, which helped create the right atmosphere. The location is also excellent - just a 10-minute drive there are large stores. The wild beach is within an hour's walk. Equipped beaches with umbrellas and sun chairs are located in the charming village of Luštica, a 20-minute drive away. Marijana was very responsible and answered any of our questions very quickly.

This was our second visit to the cottage and it was just as amazing as the first . The cottage and surroundings are beautiful ,it is such a serene place to stay . The hosts are lovely people and only a phone call away should you need anything . We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely go back . Vaso was a very friendly and communicative host. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to meet us on arrival as we booked at late notice, but he arranged another lady to show us to our room with no problems. The space was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and everything we needed. The views were beautiful and we had access to a well-maintained, secluded swimming pool. The town of Sveti Stefan was only a short drive away and we had free guest parking on site.

Absolutely beautiful stay here. We found it very peaceful with the private pool, lovely bungalow and amazing views. Vaso and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home right away. Some really lovely spots nearby via car. Beaches and restaurants etc. We will be coming back and staying longer next time 😀!

Loved my stay in this cozy cabin! The location was peaceful, remote, and surrounded by beautiful nature — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The cabin itself was rustic and charming, just what I was looking for. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything easy. The shower setup surprised me at first, but it actually worked great once I got used to it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway in Lovćen National Park!

The cabin was exactly as described and photographed. It has everything and even more, everything is very clean and beautiful, pleasant atmosphere. Outside there is a table with an umbrella, as well as everything for cooking on the grill. In the small garden there are beautiful palm trees, olives, kiwi, various plants and the most fragrant lemon, which we were allowed to tear for refreshing water and tea. Very nice host Bozidar, speaks Russian and English. He treated us to fish caught by him, prompted my husband to the nuances of fishing in the area. Very friendly, gave my daughter candy in honor of his birthday. Upon arrival, we had a gift in the form of local wine and sweets. The beach is 3 minutes away (35 gentle steps and cross the road). The main thing is that there is an entrance to the sea for children with its small beach and also a stove from where you can jump and swim adults. The sea and the views are beautiful!!! We definitely recommend your stay at Bozidar!!!

welcoming host and nice place!

There were five of us at Ebru's for 3 days and were completely satisfied. The house is super nice and the kitchen is mega well equipped. You have an amazing view from the Teradde to the bay. The short walk to the water was also easy to master, so you could jump into the sea shortly after getting up. The area is quiet and you can make great excursions to the surrounding area: from a visit to Kotor to a canyoning adventure in the mountains. All in all, a very clear recommendation!

The place is incredibly beautifully decorated! The landlord was easily accessible and even a late arrival was possible without complications. In addition, we received tomatoes from the garden as a gift!

Located in a natural setting, the cottage offers the perfect balance between comfort and a natural feel, making it an ideal place to relax and escape from everyday life. The kindness of the hosts, who were extremely accommodating and helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area should be emphasized. The place was spotless

A very nice stay with quiet around you. Hot tip: Never leave food unattended, but if you do you make 3 cats very happy and your best friends in the world 😅. Also it is nice to have a flashlight for after dark bathroom trips 😁

Very good hosting. The hosts are very friendly even if they don't speak English. We were able to eat in the evening for a fee, and the breakfasts are very good and hearty. Nice setting, surrounded by vineyards and beehives, on the heights of Lake Skadar.

If a certain increase in the accommodation does not scare you, you have an exceptionally quiet and beautiful stay with the garden house, the terraces and the pool overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Christian and Mirian are great, friendly and always helpful hosts - thank you!

We loved our short stay in this little house. We stayed with a three year old and did some great hiking tours... It was a beautiful surrounding and the house is very cosy! Thank you :)
