Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Bay of Plenty

Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely apartment overlooking the water. Despite the weather being foul, the apartment was warm and cosy and so easy to relax in. I was working all day away from the apartment but so good to come back each night and relax. Bed very comfortable and no ‘neighbour noise’ of any sort. Great responsive host who was easy to communicate with. Would throughly recommend 11/10!

Graham and Sarndra were amazing hosts — super clear with communication and instructions. The guest house was just the right size for our group of six, with plenty to keep both the kids and adults entertained. They were really generous and even took us around their property to meet all their pet animals. The kids loved getting to pet and feed them! The place was spotless when we arrived and had the best shower water pressure. Thanks for an awesome stay — we’d love to come back again!

Great location very close to lakefront . Lovely view from apartment and spacious inside . Comfortable, well equipped and cozy. The mineral thermal pool was a novelty and very nice on a cold night after mountain biking .

Our second time staying here !! Always relaxing in such a beautiful spot-but still handy for shops and coffee a short drive away if you need it … recommended …

Super peaceful stay near Wainui Beach! It was a 5 minute walk to the local cafe and beautiful Wainui Beach. The accommodation was exactly like the photos. The place was beautifully clean and super cosy! We enjoyed seeing Sam’s 2 dogs each morning and our dog had fun exploring around the fruit trees. Sam was so friendly and helpful! Will recommend her place to anyone visiting Gizzy!

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, and we especially loved waking up early to catch the beautiful sunrise nearby. Our host was super responsive and kind, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches around the house and how peaceful the surroundings were. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We’d love to come back again!

Travelling with my two children our weekend stay was absolutely delightful. We found the Air Bnb to be clean & comfortable. All attractions / locations we needed to get to were a short distance drive. When we were at the Air Bnb my crew enjoyed netflix & the Wifi. I was able to chill outside while being sheltered by the rain & keeping an eye on the kids inside. Breathtaking views as well. The Air Bnb was well equipped with all the amenities we needed, making our stay hassle free & enjoyable. Peter was welcoming & responsive. He also let us know something had happened, but that did not affect our stay. Great transparency. Instructions were super helpful. We truly felt at home & would highly recommend Peter's Air Bnb.
