The Jewel is located in Levittown Lakes - full of great bars, restaurants, coffee spots, food trucks and fun. It is 5 minutes from Punta Salinas Beach, 20 minutes from San Juan, 10 minutes to Cataño (another city with a great vibe and waterfront area) and the ferry to Old San Juan. There is shopping and grocery outlets nearby for all your shopping needs. The home is equipped with the fastest WIFI in PR.

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.
