Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bayamón

My stay at Don Aracon’s place in Bayamón was great! I used to live in PR and this residence made me want to come back. I slept in the bedroom closest to the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed 4 nights and only ran the air conditioning once, upon my arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, only the sounds of schoolchildren on Monday (which is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome to me). Lastly, for all the solo women travelers who wonder/worry, I traveled as a single woman and had no safety concerns. I checked in really late at night and returned to the Airbnb often late at night and had no issues. No one was outside or anything. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a short stay but we loved it. Very clean space and the attention to details like the little chocolate on the bed and the AC on right when you walk in! Location was great with lots to do in the area. Orlando gave us spectacular treatment he was very responsive and welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. Would definitely book with him again on a returning trip !

We had a great time at Hilda‘s beautiful place. She was very friendly and helpful. Would be glad to come back some day.

It was a pleasant experience, looking forward to booking this place again Aug 2025. She was extremely helpful and was constantly communicating and answering every question I had.

great stay and place, def. recommend because of how close it is to old viejo san juan y la placita and the airport was a nice touch only being 20 minutes from all 3 so if that matter to you go for it.

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Faridy is an exceptional host - communicative, kind, accommodating; and her home is welcoming, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. She provides extra amenities (beach towels & cooler, laundry detergent, toiletries) which make for a convenient stay. The bathroom and shower are lovely with nice hot water. As stated in the listing and common in PR, there is A/C only in the bedrooms with a standup fan for the common area. Just be aware. I’ve never stayed at a place with use of the garage. That was a nice perk, too. The home is one street back from the main road but quiet and feels safe. The location was convenient for our purpose (tennis tournament) - it is about 25 minutes to OSJ and beach areas. Highly recommend Faridy and her home!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy studio apartment in Bayamón, PR. It’s conveniently located—just close enough to San Juan for easy access, but far enough to encourage you to explore beyond the city. I’d definitely recommend renting a car while on the island to make the most of your adventures. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time at the Airbnb, it was always nice to return to a space where we felt safe and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen was perfect for storing our snacks for beach days and day trips. Evelyn was a great host, providing just the right amount of comfort and accommodation for our trip. Puerto Rico holds a special place in my heart, and this stay only added to that. I truly hope others have the same pleasant experience we did. One thing to note—we did notice some ants in the bathroom, which other guests have mentioned as well. That said, it’s important to remember that we’re on a tropical island, and a little bit of nature is to be expected.

I have family who also stay in bayamon and santurce and I felt right at home staying in franks apartment if I ever get a airbnb again I will definitely be coming back loved the neighborhood and the people. Thankful for them having me

it was a very satisfying state even though I'm not sure if we got it confused or not but on the first picture we looked at it said it was a three bedroom but it was two bedrooms all we needed was two bedrooms but everything was perfectly cleaned and everything so overall we're very happy with it the only thing I believe that you do need to work on the first step when you come up the stairs the unevenness makes it a little difficult when you have a few medical issues it needs like an extra step to step into the other step that's there other than that everything was great

This place was amazing. Our first night there the neighborhood experienced a blackout, but Augusto and Liliana were very responsive and very helpful. They brought us over essentials like solar powered fans, flashlights, ice, and water which was very much appreciated. Besides that, the place is exactly as the pictures, beautiful and spacious. It is at a great & convenient location: many restaurants within walking distance, beach a block away, and La Placita a 5 min drive away. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

We had a great stay at Pat’s! The little beach just across the street was fantastic and the beach essentials provided (chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler) made it an easy and relaxing getaway. The backyard area on the lagoon was also an especially peaceful spot! Pat was helpful and responsive both in planning for our arrival and in making recommendations when we asked. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at José’s apartment. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, just steps away from the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. It's also very close to Ashford Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. José was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Sergio is a great host. His place was just what we needed for two nights in San Juan. Clean and comfortable. We were so appreciative for the beach chairs and beach towels. The beach is a one minute walk from the building. Lots of restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And, Old San Juan is just a 15 minute taxi ride. A great place, thanks Sergio.

Yvette’s place was nice and clean and right in the heart of everything. Yvette also gave us recommendations on local places to eat as well. You could hear the waves from the windows in the studio. Very calm and relaxing. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay don’t hesitate to book Yvette’s place.
