El Durancho is a unique home convenient & close to everything in Durango. 3 min. drive to downtown, or hit the river trail steps away from the front door. Located in a commercial area. Neighboring the best BBQ around, PuttPutt, Durango Harley Davidson, a dispensary and many other walk to eateries. Not the quietest but fun! This newly remodeled one-bedroom apartment is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. Private river access to the Animas River is 50 yards away. Also, enjoy the spaciousness of being in the country but less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town. Two cruiser bikes with helmets and a lock are available for free. Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.
