This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Quiet and Peaceful retreat overlooking Lake Isabella. We are located in the Southern part of the Sequoia National Forest, approximately 100 miles from the National Park. The quaint little town of Kernville is 6 miles away. Separate guest house with a private patio. We are located on a private paved road, off the main road in a very quiet neighborhood. Must be able to walk up 18 steps to entrance. Great place to recharge and be with nature.
