Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

Maison de Lionne consists of 4 separate rooms. All rooms have their own private bathroom, two rooms have their own private entrance. The property boast a beautiful, lush garden and gazebo that overlooks Bayou Teche. Each room at Maison de Lionne is whimsically decorated with an eccentric design touch. Art and collectibles adorn the walls that were carefully curated by the owner. The vibes are unparalleled to the average vacation rental in Breaux Bridge or anywhere else for that matter!

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.
