This sumptuous apartment is hung with art by a local New Orleans artist (moi). Two miles from the interstate, The Barn is on three acres of peaceful private property. As you pull on to our road The Barn is to the left of our home. Parking signs are clearly marked. The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

I live in the front part of the home and I've lived here for my whole life. This apartment is great for travelers to New Orleans and is in one of the most desired parts of the city, Uptown New Orleans. Nearby restaurants include Casamento's, Superior Seafood, Osteria Lupo, Le Petit Grocery and Shaya.

We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
