My apartment in the center of Karşıyaka is located on a spacious street away from the noise. It is in a new building, on the mezzanine floor, with a balcony and an elevator. Karşıyaka is 10 minutes away from the beach and the bazaar, and only 3 minutes away from the metro. There are many restaurants and chain markets around the house. There is direct metro transportation from Izmir airport. It is also 20 minutes by tram to Karşıyaka Hiltown and Mavibahçe shopping centers. Our 2024 building was built in accordance with earthquake regulations. It is close to the Bayrakli metro and the coastline, on the upper street of the Sevgi Yolu shopping center, within walking distance to Bayraklı high school and primary schools, and has easy access to everywhere. It is within walking distance to the Bayraklı coast. It is easy to reach Alsancak-Bornova-Konak-Karşıyaka in 15 minutes by bus. There are many cafes and restaurants around our building. It has natural gas and air conditioning.

13th-Floor Studio Apartment with City View

Our studio apartments are all the same. There is 1 bed for 2 people + 1 Czech yacht ( Large Sofa). It can be turned into a sofa bed in case of need. In addition, the flats are equipped with air conditioning, a desk, a chair, a fridge, a washing machine, a TV, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, a toaster, plates, glasses, etc. No oven or Stove is available. Not suitable for cooking.

You can easily access everything from my house, which is in a central location. 1 min to the tram. 5 min walk to Bostanlı ferry terminal and Karşıyaka ferry terminals. There are 25 m2 terraces in the front and back. It is a quiet and calm street. If you wish, you can enjoy the hammock on the terrace while listening to music with Monster speakers.

Bornova Residence 1+1 (200 m to Metro)

It is 200 meters from the metro station. It is a 1+1 apartment in a residence with 24/7 security. Everything from A to Z is available in the house. 2 minutes to the ring road, highway and public transportation. There is free indoor and outdoor parking. It is a family building, I expect people who can act accordingly.

Karşıyaka is very close to all public transportation and has sea view. We organized our apartment to make our guests feel comfortable and have a pleasant time. We are very happy to spend time with seagull sounds and sea views. We want our guests to be happy too :)
