It is close to the Bayrakli metro and the coastline, on the upper street of the Sevgi Yolu shopping center, within walking distance to Bayraklı high school and primary schools, and has easy access to everywhere. It is within walking distance to the Bayraklı coast. It is easy to reach Alsancak-Bornova-Konak-Karşıyaka in 15 minutes by bus. There are many cafes and restaurants around our building. It has natural gas and air conditioning.
