Located on the first floor of a romantic-style building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the city's attractions are just a few steps away from the apartment: Buen Pastor Cathedral, Loyola Street and its shops, San Martin shopping mall, La Concha Beach, the Old Town, the metro station... Everything San Sebastián offers within a 5-minute walk. Apartamento céntrico de 67 m2, ¡totalmente reformado! A sólo 300 m de la Catedral del Buen Pastor y a 600 m de la playa ¡En pleno centro de la ciudad! Con wifi y calefacción. El apartamento cuenta con 2 dormitorios, (uno con cama de 1,35 m y el otro con cama de 1,60 m) y amplio salón-cocina-comedor. Los dos dormitorios y el salón tienen balcón y vistas a la calle. La cocina está totalmente equipada, incluso con lavavajillas, microondas y lavadora. ¡Apartamento muy acogedor y luminoso!

Minimalist decoration. Luxury furniture, Porcelanosa. Only few meters away from the beach la Concha (3min) and really close to the old town (6min walking), where you can enjoy the best pintxos. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, in an elegant street in an elegant neighbourhood. Modern and full of boutiques and coffee shops. It is a sunny apartment with outhern windows, a balcony and a small terrace where you can enjoy the views to the Kontxa beach.
