The adjoining kitchen with dining area has all modern conveniences, utility and toilet/wash basin. Tastefully decorated, upstairs has 2 king size rooms (1 with ensuite) and a twin room. The main bathroom is upstairs with bath/shower, toilet and sink. This house provides a wonderful base from which to explore the Ring of Kerry, Beara and Wild Atlantic Way.

Very close to Killarney and at the foothills of Ireland’s highest mountain Carrauntoohill Newly decorated aparyment set in the picturesque countryside of Beaufort outside Killarney. It has spectacular views from the front of the house and all the bedrooms have rooms with a view of the famous Gap of Dunloe and Strickeen Mountain. We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Surrounded by various wildlife & farm animals. The Gleneagle INEC is a quick 3km trip away along with many hotels on the muckross road. Other nearby sight seeing locations include torc waterfall, muckross abbey, ladies view & Ross castle. Horse & cart tours can be arranged with notice.

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.
