Signposted hiking trails and mountain bike routes with direct access from the house (50 m). All shops, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, newspapers, bars and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away.

The house is self-contained, but it can also be rented with a neighbouring house with 4 additional beds.
