All of Monaco's hotspots are within 5 minutes walking distance. The building is fully secured with a doorman and access control.

Charmant appartement situé à la frontière de Monaco, rénové d'une superficie de 45 mètres carré au **3ème étage sans ascenseur** dans un immeuble paisible. Composé d'une pièce de séjour avec cuisine américaine, un chambre, une salle de bain avec douche, un WC et un balcon. Important!!! Actuellement, à côté un immeuble est en cours de construction. Du bruit est présent dans la journée et peut vous gêner. Je tiens à vous prévenir.
