The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Kites Loft takes its name from the many red kites often seen soaring above the fields of our small holding. The studio is situated directly on the South Downs Way, within an oak framed barn. It is warm, comfortable and well equipped for couples or a small family. It has a king sized bed and within the relaxing seating area is a sofa and TV. The kitchenette is finished off with a beautiful oak table to eat at, a cosy shower room and there is a dog bed to welcome any four legged friends.

Secluded country cottage surrounded by private paddocks in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Patio and hot tub overlook beautiful countryside and our Hampshire Down Sheep. The picturesque and historic towns of New Alresford 5 mins and Winchester 15 mins drive away. We have great walks, cycling and riding straight from the farm. There are 2 double rooms and one room with a single bed and a pull out mattress that could cater for 2 if required making 6 in total.

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
