Located in the heart of breathtaking Grandes-Piles, this charming, old village house has lots of space for everyone in the family. It's the perfect space to spend family time in a spacey living room and dining room while keeping one's own privacy. The Saint-Maurice river is only a two-minute walk away from the house. There are a small beach and boat ramps to navigate the river. Paddle boarding and sailboats available for rent. Snowmobile access and skiing a few minutes drive away. Just great!

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and a double bedroom with 2 double beds, all very comfortable! The beautiful kitchen is very well equipped and what about its super welcoming living room! Very nice place to spend good times with friends and family! Located on the banks of the River aux Souris, it is pleasant to navigate to Lake Bellemare by kayak! The courtyard is very private with its Parisian terrace, hot tub, fire area and very large lawn.
