The house was built in 1905, there are wooden floors and high ceilings in all rooms. Tiny House Lindebo near by the Beach

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The house is located on a quiet residential street in a scenic area with lots of forest and a fantastic beach 2.5 km from the house. We also provide a bicycle. The house has 1 large bedroom with room for 3 people. A guest room with room for 1 person. 2 children's rooms. 2 bathrooms and a large lovely garden. Toyota Aygo is available for rent at an additional cost.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge. Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
