Cambridge is a 30 minute drive, and London by direct train in less than an hour, so perfect if you want to visit either - or both - of these cities in a weekend.

Cottage 4 features a spacious main bedroom with a very comfortable king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed. The second bedroom has a fun bunk bed, and for extra guests, there's another sofa bed available in the living room. You'll find a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals during your stay.

The well-equipped country kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed overlooking the beautiful 100ft garden.

Nicko’s Cowbridge Cottage

Cowbridge Cottage is the perfect home to home environment it is suitable for families, friends, work and business accommodation or for those just visiting Bedford with 4 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms which can facilitate up to 8 people. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, retail outlets and a gym it is also a 5 minute drive from the town centre as well as having direct routes to Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more via the A6, B530 and A421 which leads to the M1 junction 13.

Built in 1864 and overlooking the village green, Honeypot Cottage is a peaceful, characterful home filled with cosy corners and delightful touches throughout. Curl up on the colourful sofas with a good book or by the log burner for a warm, inviting evening. There’s a comfortable spot to work or catch up on emails, plus a secluded garden and sunny courtyard to unwind in. The surrounding countryside is perfect for woodland walks, cycling, and four-legged friends are very welcome.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The Little Nest

Welcome to our cosy garden annex with a jungle feel! With self check in, double bed, en suite shower and toilet, wifi and free on street parking, you should feel right at home. Less than 5 min walk from the high street and under 15 min walk from the train station, we are perfectly located near all major amenities and a whole host of shops, restaurants and pubs, cinema and bowling alley, whilst still maintaining privacy and peace and quiet. Guest house set in 2 acres of idyllic country gardens with heated pool*. Max occupancy: 4 ONE bedroom with double bed. Living room with sofa bed Bathroom with shower Kitchenette with air fryer & microwave Other facilities: TV Free parking BBQ Trampoline and zip line for younger visitors. *NOTE: The pool is NOT heated between November and April. Pool temperature depends on outside temperature; it is normally 8-10 degrees Celsius above air temperature.

A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.
