This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. The location is excellent, being within easy walking distance of the city centre and harbour area, near a beautiful park and close to many bus routes and Temple Meads station. There are excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and shops close by. Although well positioned, the area is generally quiet.
