For its size, Elten offers an astonishingly wide range of everyday amenities (3 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, numerous restaurants) and is situated next to the Eltenberg, which offers excellent leisure options. This property is perfect for couples (gr. Double bed 2 x 2 m), business travellers or small families with 1–2 children (sofa bed 1.40 x 1.90 m, cot). Dogs are allowed to stay.

The centre of Zevenaar offers cosy terraces and lovely shops. We are only 5 minutes from the A12/A3.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house has a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via carport and to the left of the driveway and charging points for electric cars are available.

The cosy holiday apartment is located in the historic Ingenhof. It offers space, tranquillity and beautiful views of the horse and goat pasture. In the village there is a bakery, two restaurants, a snack bar and a hairdresser. The city of Emmerich, the supermarkets and the border with the Netherlands are about 3 km away. Our area invites you to relaxing hikes and bike tours in the woods and fields or on the Rhine. You have the option of charging and storing e-bikes.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Small vacation home by the lake

The lake is located in Emmerich-Elten, directly on the Dutch border and is easily accessible via the A3. Two wooden cottages invite you to relax from everyday stress. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with upholstered furniture and satellite TV, several sleeping options, shower/toilet, terrace overlooking the lake, barbecue and jetty, you can relax and swim wonderfully. Fishing is not possible in the lake. The sauna garden can be booked on site.

The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.

Het Koetshuis is located on a historic estate. Today, it has been lovingly transformed into an attractive and comfortable place to stay. Het Koetshuis has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve guests. The spacious living room is ideal for spending time together. In addition, there is a separate, fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy extensive cooking or socialising. Please note: the accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
