We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. On the northern outskirts of the city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück you will find our apartment, idyllically located between fields on a quiet farm complex with large old trees - our 32 oaks! The apartment, 45 square meters, is a gallery apartment with a cozy, fully equipped kitchen. Up in the gallery is a 1.80 m double bed. The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

"Sweet Home" in an attractive location

A separate, closed area awaits you, which you can reach through a corresponding staircase. In our little "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, Wi-Fi, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage). From here you can enter the separate shower. The laundry area and toilet are separate.(In this room, the ceiling height is only 2 m) Our Sweet Home includes a small sitting area with coffee/tea bar and a hallway with a wardrobe.

You will stay in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and market square are within a minute's walk. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel “at home” in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50 square meters, which are completely at your disposal during your stay

Small attic apartment

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
