The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Starfish apartment is a modern, centrally-located, first floor apartment with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and free parking. It is two minutes from the picturesque pebble beach of Beer, and individual shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. It is on the doorstep of the South West coastal path with stunning views and walks across to Seaton and Branscombe. Visit Beer Caves or Pecorama or hop on the bus to Seaton or Sidmouth. Beer is a quaint fishing village with lots to offer, a hidden little gem.

Our shepherd's hut is thickly insulated to stay cool all summer, with a fridge to keep your beers cold. Outside, a generous deck and seating area is made for bright mornings and long evenings. Gather round the fire bowl as the sun goes down to watch the stars emerge over truly dark skies. Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.

A cosy self-contained Annex with open plan living area, log burner and character wood floor and stone walls. A spiral staircase leads up to a very comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed and enjoys patio doors leading onto a small private garden with patio table and chairs. The property is hidden away in a very quiet, peaceful setting and is entered from the gravel drive through the front door into the light airy kitchen.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Well equipped for self catering but there are two great pubs in the village. Enclosed rear garden for al fresco dining and relaxing. Free, unrestricted parking outside on the road for easy access to the cottage. Large, walk in shower room with Faith in Nature shampoo and shower gel.
