The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Apartment approx. 60 m² on the 2nd floor of an old, former restaurant. For families: large garden and lawn for playing, chilling, barbecuing. Not everything is perfect with us (work still awaits in the yard and in the barn :), but we offer relaxed living and freedom.
