Cosy and comfortable, the house has a spacious and bright living room, a full-equipped kitchen and a very wide terrace overlooking Cala s'Aixugador and where you can enjoy unforgettable moments. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is access to a shared infinite pool and a paddle tennis court.

Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking). You can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs... The apartment has a small space in the entrance for park one car. Dining room, open kitchen with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a 10m2 patio.
