The place consists of: small entrance, two bedrooms (two single beds in both rooms), open kitchen solution to the living room, one bathroom. Pets are allowed. No smoking and no parties. Heating via panel heaters. Parking at the entrance. All garbage is emptied in the agreed bin. There is source sorting.
