Wonderful place, first time in João Monlevade the house in a very well located place, all close to the house. Very cozy house, I felt at home, super friendly hosts, wonderful people. Voltaria for sure ❤️

Best stay to stay in Monlevade. O Christian is extremely attentive and helpful. The apartment was impeccable, and I've settled there twice. Great furniture, great kitchen utensils, all of extreme quality and good taste. He made sure to welcome us and explain everything right. The communication was very quiet, the neighbors tbm are quiet. We feel very welcome. Note: The location is also very good, in the center of Monlevade. It has a supermarket almost in front, has a bus stop near, has a gas station, a laboratory, a pharmacy, etc. I recommend it too much

We felt at home and we were treated with great affection. Flávia was very attentive and caring with us. They can go without fear,as the hostel is very good and super familiar. Simply perfect! The kitnet exceeded all expectations: very clean, organized, cozy and exactly like in photos. The location is great, and everything was prepared with great affection for my arrival. The host was exceptional — very attentive, helpful and always available for any questions or needs. I will definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

I only have compliments... From the beginning we had a difficulty with the rental of the place for personal reasons. However, Cristina was very attentive and knew how to help us with the problem. Always very friendly and helpful. This is a differential that will make us come back in the future. The house is exactly as pictured. We don't miss anything and we enjoy it a lot.
