Holiday rentals with beach access in Belgrade

Nice flat close to the centre of the city. The host answer very fast, no issues with check in and check out. The interior of the flat is quite interesting.

Ev, Sırbistan’ın yeni inşa edilen lüks semti olan Waterfront’ta yer alıyor. Otobüs ve diğer yolculuk uygulamaları ile şehir merkezine 10-15 dk mesafede. Evin hemen karşısında, Belgrad’ın en lüks alışveriş merkezlerinden biri yer alıyor ve buradan herşeyi temin etmek mümkün. Ev sahibi, sorduğumuz bütün sorulara mümkün olan en kısa sürede nazik bir şekilde dönüyor. Kendisine misafirperverliği için teşekkür ediyoruz.

Really nice budget option: Great location, simple small apartment, very clean, and a great price-value for what you get. The "compromises" are not too bad - like the roof being low in parts of apartment (especially in the toilet) and building hallway itself wasn't too inviting. For the good price however, and how clean it was, one really can't complain, 5 stars.

We spend some wonderful days in dragans House. It was super cosy and perfect for some days in the countryside if you need some slowly and quiet days. The labrador in the Garden was our Highlight he is super sweet also always wants to play :) Dragans parents were super friendly and nicely looked after us! We highly recommend the place.

Şehir kalabalığından kaçıp kurtulmak için güzel bir yer. Sakin dinlendirici ev sahibi de bize karşı çok kibardı. Evin teras alanında akşamları manzaraya karşı gündüz ise doğaya karşı güzel bir manzara var. Her şey için teşekkürler. Beşik gibi sallanarak uyumaya hazır olun güzel oluyor

Zorica was a great host, always available. The house is in the centre of the town, historical place by the church, while at the same time in a private space with a cute garden. The house was very clean and everything seems to be done with special personal care. The kitchen had everything we needed, and in the bathroom there was soap, shampoo, etc. Zorica indicated nice fish restaurants by the river and other places. The village is very sweet and people are friendly. Thank you Zorica!

Great place to stay! Beautifull sights and very secluded. It was a bit of rougj terrain and not in walking distance of much things, but it was verry worthwhile experience.

Dobra lokacija sa prelepim pogledom. Vladimir je super domaćin, lakd dogovor i uvek dostupan za pomoć i informacije.

Das Haus von Comili liegt 1 min zu Fuß von der Donau entfernt! Es gibt einen Sandstrand und man kann dort sehr gut ins Wasser gehen und schwimmen. Meine Hunde und ich haben es geliebt! Das Haus hat 2 Etagen: In der oberen Etage ist der Bereich Wohnen und Schlafen und die Toilette mit Waschbecken und Dusche, mit Warmwasser;-): In der unteren Etage ist die Küche mit einem Herd und Kühlschrank und der Esstisch. Der Garten und die Sitzmöglichkeit draußen ist super! Das Auto muss man vor dem Haus, außerhalb des Grundstücks parken, aber das ist kein Problem. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett. Die Hunde, die dort leben sind auch alle sehr freundlich zu Menschen (groß und klein) und auch zu anderen Hunden! Um den richtigen Weg zum Haus zu finden benötigt man auf jeden Fall einen Tipp von Comili! ;-) Die Kommunikation mit Comili hat super geklappt: sie war schnell und klar! Insgesamt empfehle ich diesen schönen Ort am Strand der Donau, vor allem, wenn man Wasser, Flüsse und Schwimmen liebt.

This was our second stay at Felix's place for the winter holidays, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It's hard to imagine a more convenient location or a more responsive host. Everything was absolutely perfect, as expected. Felix's attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome touches truly made our stay extra special.

We had a great time at Dragana's place, everything was new and clean, and we had the whole pool to ourselves. Our recommendations!

Wonderful Apartment in the Heart of Belgrade! I stayed at Miloš’s apartment and was extremely satisfied. The apartment is located right in the heart of Belgrade, just steps away from the U.S. Consulate. The place is very clean, cozy, and offers a beautiful view of a green neighborhood. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. Miloš, the host, showed exceptional hospitality. He picked me up from the airport and even drove me back late at night when it was time to leave. Additionally, he offered guided tours around Belgrade, showing all the city’s best spots. Although there was an extra charge, the price was very reasonable. I would also like to highlight that Miloš speaks several languages, including English, Russian, and possibly even Ukrainian. This made communication easy and the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Belgrade. Thank you, Miloš, for the wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Bane’s apartment! Bane was an amazing host, responsive, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. For the price, it was a great value. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in a very central and convenient location in Belgrade. This apartment has everything you will need for a short or long-term stay. Milica is very friendly and responsive and she was great to work with. I highly recommend this apartment, or working with Milica in general, as I know she has other listings available. A+!

Very nice place. Highly recommended. The most important moment was when the taxi drivers took us to the wrong location from the airport, leaving us 1 km away from the accommodation with six suitcases. The host's husband came by car to pick us up and took our luggage. Very friendly and responsive people.
