"Le Coeur de Marguerite" has been converted into a cottage in the heart of the Combrailles in an old barn. On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living space with access to the kitchen area and the bathroom, upstairs, a sleeping area with beds in alcoves. This accommodation is close to the Sioule (at the bottom of the property), the Queuille meander, Châteauneuf-les-Bains and its thermal baths, Vulcania in the Chaine des Puys and many other possibilities for visits and activities.

Close to the city center and services (Paid parking on the other side of the street and free in neighboring streets). A closed cellar is at your disposal to park your bikes.

Située à environ 30 min de Vichy, Thiers et Clermont Ferrand et 12 mins de l'autoroute. Supermarché et restauration à environ 10-15 mins.

The house is very spacious on one level with a large terrace, 4 bedrooms with double beds and the possibility to eat outside. In the garden, a recent pool house and a swimming pool (with surcharge) guarantee you a wonderful stay. 2 mm from the spa town of Châtel Guyon (SPA), close to the natural park of the volcanoes and Clermont Ferrand.

On the banks of the Sioule

A small studio by the Sioule, close to the 12th century bridge, for 2 people. For an additional €30 you can have an extra bedroom with living room and 4-5 people can be accommodated comfortably. The river is a paradise for fishermen and canoeing enthusiasts. Via Ferrara attracts climbing enthusiasts. One public beach 200 m away and another by a lake 6 km away. A dream place for walking or cycling, overlooking old castles.

The Sioule River is in front of our house. You can also walk and cycle in the beautiful surroundings. The Puy de Dôme is 45 minutes away by car. There are many beautiful villages in the area with markets and entertainment. I am sure you will enjoy it.

Come and enjoy the beautiful city of Vichy, recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a great European spa town, in this downtown apartment with terrace, 2 minutes from the train station and the city center on foot. You will have all the comforts suitable for a pleasant stay. There are many free parking options nearby, allowing you to easily enjoy the city center and the quays on foot, by bike or by scooter.

Ideally located 10 minutes from the historic centre and 15 minutes from the train station, you only have to leave the building to access the banks of the Allier. Several balconies allow you to enjoy the unobstructed view of the canopy of the park's trees.

On the first level of an Art Deco villa, this studio (room with double bed, table, work table, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower) bathed in light directly overlooks Napoleon III Park which runs along the banks of the Allier. The thermal baths are 400 m away and the city's shopping area is a 5-minute walk through the parks. Free street parking is available in front of the villa.

In its exceptional green setting, our gîte La Cabane du Pêcheur promises you an exotic setting located on a fish farm. Nature lovers come and enjoy the calm on our atypical site.
