You are 50 meters from Belleville Park and a 10-minute walk from Buttes-Chaumont: enough to combine outings and moments of relaxation.

The apartment is ideally located 5 minutes' walk between the Pyrénées or Belleville metro stops, allowing you to reach the center. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator access.

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. I'd love to give you all the tips and advise you on the best places in the neighborhood. I'm flexible on check-in and check-out times and I can store your luggage.

Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

Located in typical Parisian Square, this 28 square meter 1 bedroom apartment can host 2 people with maximum comfort (large bed in a separate bedroom) and up to 4 people (2 in a comfy pull-out sofa bed). Equipped kitchen and brand new bathroom will make your stay perfect! 15 minutes ride to Paris centre! Please note that if you plan on using the room and the sofa bed votre only 2 people, you have to book for 3 people.
