I offer my newly renovated apartment from the beginning of September only. 📍 Located in the lively area of Belleville, close to Jourdan, in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. A stone's throw from metro lines 2 and 11, it's the perfect place to enjoy the city to the fullest. 🍽️ The neighborhood is known for its many bars and restaurants. You are 50 meters from Belleville Park and a 10-minute walk from Buttes-Chaumont: enough to combine outings and moments of relaxation.

Located in a small quiet street and a lively area, renovated by an architect, it has two bedrooms and three rooms. Well-equipped, carefully decorated, warm and stylish. Ideal for a couple or family.

This very pleasant bobo-chic neighborhood offers a very Parisian atmosphere, with many cafes, restaurants and cultural activities. This is my own apartment: you will feel at home, for a typical Parisian experience.

Located in typical Parisian Square, this 28 square meter 1 bedroom apartment can host 2 people with maximum comfort (large bed in a separate bedroom) and up to 4 people (2 in a comfy pull-out sofa bed). Equipped kitchen and brand new bathroom will make your stay perfect! 15 minutes ride to Paris centre! Please note that if you plan on using the room and the sofa bed votre only 2 people, you have to book for 3 people.
