Just meters from the calm warm waters of Byron Bay and an 800m walk along the beach from the centre of town. There is a 2 night minimum stay. The Tree House is a stand alone house surrounded by lush tropical gargens. A separate bedroom with Queen size bed and downstairs a day bed which converts into two large comfortable singles.

Our lovely beach house is located across the road from the beautiful Belongil beach on a quiet no through street. Take a 2 minute walk to theTreehouse Restaurant or a gentle 15 minute walk along the beach to the centre of Byron. We welcome families and small groups. Our property is not appropriate as a party venue and is best suited to groups who wish to have a quiet relaxing break. We provide a port-a-cot for babies, as well as 3 bicycles for quick trips along the path into town.

Half Moon Cottage is a beautiful, one bedroom cottage located across the road from Belongil Beach and 10 min walk into Byron's town centre. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to the sounds of birdsong. Half Moon Cottage can be rented separately or as part of Byron Moon. It has a separate bedroom, air con, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, outdoor deck & plungie Spa. The bedroom has a king bed with fresh linen and bath and beach towels provided for your stay.

North Beach Houses - Studio 40

Located in the North Beach precinct of Byron Bay. Five mins walk to Belongil beach. Two mins walk to the solar train station (runs into the center of town). North Beach is home to great food, wine and beer (Barrio, Stone and Wood, NBH Bottleshop), great shopping (Habitat) and the best fitness and wellness businesses in Byron Bay (F45, Bende, Hustle, Comma). Please note that this studio is not suitable for extra guests, parties or for Schoolies.

Bento Box on Belongil Beach

Modern new studio opposite Belongil Beach with a short 10 minute walk to town and a 3 minute walk to the famous Treehouse restaurant and bar. The studio has a separate entrance from the main house. The kitchen has a full fridge, hot plate, microwave ( located in cupboard above the fridge) and air fryer. There is mini weber bbq for guest use. This cabin has everything you need for a lovely seaside break including aircon and a fan.
