great little 2 bed appartment with 2 living areas and great little outdoor patio. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and waterfront.

We loved our stay at this accommodation! This is the second time my partner and I have stayed here and we are already planning our next trip back. Location is perfect and right in the heart of Byron Bay!

Just spent a week on holidays, everything was as described. The house was spotless, easy walk to town , beach only 100 metres away out the back door and through the dunes via a track, very quiet location. Loved it.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and really well set up with everything we needed. The host was great to deal with — very responsive, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Communication was spot-on, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The location was ideal too, close to everything but still nice and quiet. We’d happily recommend this spot to anyone and would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area. Amazing home for our 2 families of 10! Fantastic home in an ideal location ~ close to great cafes, restaurants and great beaches. The home was absolutely perfect with lots of added extras including pantry items, cleaning products, coffee pods and beach towels. The kids had an amazing time using the bikes, paddle boards and canoes left for us to use. Our host Keisha was extremely helpful and very quick in responding to our questions. We will definitely be back to visit! Thank you 😊

Great location opposite Belongil beach, and a 20 minute walk into Byron Bay via the beach (dog friendly). Would definitely stay here again and recommended for families with dogs

Great few days in Byron bay. In a great location, 5 min walk to the village and very close to Woolies etc. we were 5 people & we were very happy, the rooms were extremely comfortable & the place has air con. Would recommend!

As a couple with 6 kids we found this a fantastic property to stay. Beach across the road, Treehouse restaurant a few doors away and an easy stroll along the beach to town.

great location and amenities. sauna was an awesome feature with the pool. also great opportunity for plane watching. very clean bedrooms although the double beds could make it a tight squeeze for two adults parking is on the street which worked fine mostly but might be tricky for young families with stuff to carry particularly in the rain. might occasionally have to park further away

From the moment I arrived I felt like I had entered an oasis of healing and self reflection with a transcendence of kind energy, as Paul made me a fresh cup of tea and told me about his path to help others transform their journey through various holistic practices. I did manage to try out the light and sound therapy experience, and would 100% recommend it for anyone interested in healing and science. The shower utilised a rain water tank, and the bedroom was surrounded by beautiful scenery, sounds of birds, and rustling trees. These of course added to the overall ability to relax and unwind. I ventured out to the mineral pool on a few occasions, which was surprisingly a comfortable temperature till late in the evening. Locally, there was an abundance of things to see and do, and Paul made sure I was informed. The various house guest all made me feel so welcome, one inviting me to her birthday and another preparing and sharing a curry, health tips and drinks. Thank you 🙏

Perfect stop over for a few nights, lovely studio , clean and comfy with all we needed plus a pool to cool down. 15 mins at most walk to town so quiet but convenient Very helpful and welcoming hosts Highly recommended

Absolutely incredible location, walked out the door to the beach and great proximity to the shops. Lots of space. Great for families. For a ‘luxury’ property listing, the bathrooms are mostly original and unrenovated. Kitchen had new stove and dishwasher, original otherwise. It would benefit from a full cutlery set, kitchenware quite mismatched. Lovely flow through breeze, essential given we hadn’t realised there was no air conditioning, also blessing to have ceiling fans in bedrooms. Host was lovely and excellent communication for check in and check out.
