The Belvédère Furnished Apartment

The furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in the heart of the charming belvedere village close to shops. Not opposite this apartment is on the ground floor facing south with free parking nearby. The village is located at the foot of the Gordolasque and its hikes. Dog accepted ,let me know ( no cat )included in the rate:sheets ,towels and breakfast at your disposal on the first day. A solarium terrace of 20 m2 with breathtaking views of the Vesubia Valley and the Mercantour Park. Ideally located , 5 minutes from the spa of Berthamont les Bains , and about twenty minutes from the various departures to the Mercantour Park: Valleys of the gordolasque, the boreon and the madonna of the windows.

Charming 43 m2 duplex in the heart of the village of Belvédère, cozy and bright. Beautiful sunny terrace. 2 bedrooms, one upstairs with mountain views, the second with a small sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and double vanity. Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine). Sheets and towels are provided. Feel free to come and unwind in this cozy and warm little haven of peace!

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

My place is located on the ground floor of a house, on two levels, in the center of the village. South, not overlooked, nearby parking lots. The village opens up its hiking trails on the Mercantour. Dogs allowed, notify. Dinners on request, served on site. Everything is included: sheets, towels, linen, and breakfast available on the first day. House rules, inventory at check-out. Furnished studio in La Bollène

The accommodation is renovated (May 2020). It consists of a kitchen area open to the living room, which opens onto a charming balcony. There is also a shower room with towel dryer and washing machine. The toilet is separate. Finally, there is a small bedroom. Please note, to access the bed, you need to climb a few steps.
