Con questa nuova struttura, completamente ristrutturata nel 2022, vogliamo fornire ai nostri clienti un vero e proprio appartamento indipendente anche per coloro che intendono soggiornare per periodi superiori a 30 giorni. It has a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom, a large open space with a living room and equipped kitchen, and an outdoor terrace perfect for breakfast in the sun or aperitifs at sunset. Great for 2-3 people. You can enjoy a shared swimming pool (from 01/05 to 30/09), perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, and a shared garden.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

My place is near Belvedere Ostrense Historic Center, it is only 17 km from the beaches of Senigallia, 18 km from the airport and 30 km from Ancona Nearby there are several tourist resorts (Senigallia with the sandy beach, Numana and Sirolo with cliffs and gravel, Loreto with its Balisilica, the caves of Frasassi and many typical medieval villages perched on the hills where wine and oil are produced.
