The garden house is located in the middle of the green space of the coconut garden: - The front yard is decorated with sparkling lights, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere, where you can have a barbecue or campfire. - The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 air conditioners, a kitchen, a long dining table. - Around the house is a canal flowing along the wall and soaring coconut trees with the characteristics of the Southern Western river region, Vietnam. - Especially behind the house, there is a hut made on the coconut tree, which can admire the panoramic countryside from above.

40m Villa on the Riverfront of 1000 m2 Campus and DOME Tent

With a construction area of 300m2 and a land area of 1,000m2 right next to the beautiful river bank. The villa is designed in an open style, creating a feeling of being immersed in nature, and from the villa's living room, you can look towards the river bank to see ships of all sizes passing by with a very wonderful feeling. As of August 1, 2025, we have completed the installation of a DOME tent on the rooftop of the Villa, which will provide an unprecedented experience when visiting the Mekong Delta.
