I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situatedoin a large private block with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 people on request, however, it'd be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. At this time, it is strictly 6 people. Lots of wildlife!

Studio Cottage on farm with river views

Nestled in the Benandarah State Forest, on 52 private hectares of pasture, is Biddie's Farm Cottage. With beautiful views of the Cyne Mallows river which runs off from the Clyde, this vintage cottage was built from timber found on the farm and reclaimed planks from a 100 year old shack from Bega. Biddies is full of cosy country comforts including a/c, column heater for winter, and a 40 inch smart TV. The queen size bed is a vintage brass frame. There is the farm to explore and river access.

Spacious luxury log cabin, private & dog-friendly

Bawley Ridge Cottage is a secluded, spacious & dog-friendly log cabin with lofty beamed ceilings, cosy living area, & luxury bathroom. 10 mins from Bawley's beaches, the cottage is on an 8 ac farm, with roaming alpacas, geese, peacocks & goats. We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

This classic 1970s beach shack has been lovingly updated throughout, combining the laid-back feel of the original home with modern design and comforts. You can’t help but relax here. Wide open spaces with stunning views from this bed and breakfast style studio, just 10 minutes on tarred road from Milton. There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. There is something for everybody here. The Studio has a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include a single induction hot plate, microwave, Weber Barbecue and mini fridge.

Also a great overnight option if you're hiking the Murramarang South Coast walk.

Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

The Stables @ Longsight

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island.
