For water, you can go to the nearby well, the heat will be provided by a cracking stove and you can enjoy an evening cleansing with water heated on the stove or in the outdoor shower. The iconic Máj viewpoint is just a short walk away :)

House with a large and cozy space on the ground floor. Outside, a large terrace with seating and views of a beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond and various nooks. Upstairs, 3 small cozy rooms. Downstairs and upstairs bathroom and toilet. Take advantage of the swimming pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. The detached house is located in a quiet environment by the pond. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows and a water area nearby. The location is suitable for walking, cycling and relaxation. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

The house is located in a nice historical part of Benešov and is spacious enough for a family or a group of friends. The smaller garden is ideal for evening barbecues and offers perfect peace and privacy. The house has a main living room with a walk-through kitchen and dining room and an entrance to the garden. On the lower floor there is the first of the bathrooms with a shower and washing machine. The upper floor has a master bedroom with a work area and two rooms. There is also a master bathroom with a large bathtub.
