Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

On 120 m² you can vacation with the whole family in Rostock. A child-friendly bedroom with bunk bed (90 × 200), toys and play tent, another bedroom with large double bed (180 × 200), a workplace, as well as a living room with electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight await you. The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
