Triplex insolite niché entre ciel, mer et café du port en plein cœur de la jolie station balnéaire 5 étoiles de Bénodet dans le Finistère-Sud. Tout y est accessible à pied : le port, la plage, la corniche, les restaurants, la thalasso, le casino, les glaces artisanales,... dans un rayon de 300 m. Triplex idéal pour 1 ou 2 couples pour une escapade citadine en bord de mer. Excellent point de départ pour rayonner dans le Finistère-Sud entre Concarneau et la pointe de La Torche.

Tastefully renovated in 2022, this 34m2 studio is located on the ground floor of a 2-story building with secure access. Beach, restaurants, thalassotherapy, casino and cinema are less than 200 m from the accommodation. A 160 retractable bed and 2 x 90 bunk beds and collapsible beds for 2 children allow you to enjoy the space. Private parking as well as a bike room are at your disposal Wi-Fi Bedding and towels are not included and can be provided upon request, extra charge.

Very nice studio in a residence in Bénodet, direct access to the thalasso, fully equipped (TV, combined microwave oven, equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower) sea view from the balcony. You will be a few meters from the large beach of Trez and the cliff road. Nearby there is a casino, a cinema... The place is ideal for discovering Quimper; Concarneau; Pont l'Abbé; La Torche, le Guilvinec.... No WiFi in the accommodation, you can enjoy the city's WiFi while walking around.
