Located in a typically Parisian old building, the apartment is a large and bright 50sqm (538ft2) 1-bedroom apartment, newly renovated and decorated by an architect (myself). You can feel the atmosphere of both traditional Parisian and contemporary retro styles. The location is ideal in the 10th district, on the edge of the 3rd district, at very short walking distance of the hip and popular districts of Le Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, rue du Château d'Eau, and rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

Close to the Seine River, the flat is located in a pleasant district including restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cinemas and the amazing French National Library (BNF). From the flat, several options are possible to have quick access to the main Parisian touristic locations. With public transportation, 15 mn to the Louvre or Notre Dame …or 40 minutes from Paris La Défense Arena and a 20-minute walk from the Accor Arena.

Bright and pleasant apartment, direct view of the Eiffel Tower. A double bedroom, 57 m2, ideal for a couple (back room not accessible because it is reserved for private use). Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. Neighborhood with many restaurants around and metro 5 minutes away. Very good quality Yamaha piano. I will be happy to offer my apartment to people who will be respectful of it. My apartment is not a hotel, it's a lively, inhabited place.

Close to all amenities Located in a quiet residence on the 2nd floor without elevator, you will feel safe there.
