It has an excellent location between Andorra, France, Puigcerdà, La Molina and Masella. A simple and well-equipped house in an elegant coastal villa near Barcelona. Next to the beach and the train station. It has two floors and a beautiful terrace with views facing the sea, a kitchen-office, a living-dining room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.
