Holiday rentals with a patio in Bergama

Absolutely gorgeous, modern villa built into a cliff. Amazing views of the cliffs and ocean, and brand new, modern interiors. Penny was extremely responsive and friendly— dealing smoothly with a last minute flight delay on our end, and checking us in quickly. It’s not immediately clear from the photos (because the 2 bedrooms are similar/the same in layout and size), but there are in fact 2 full bedrooms each with their own bathroom + shower, plus a spacious living room in between with another bathroom attached. A great, spacious layout. The one thing to call out is that the road down to the villa is a bit steep, but it’s well-constructed and paved. But I’d expect something like that for such a modern villa built into a cliff with such incredible views on a Greek island. Would not hesitate to book again.

A beautiful and thoughtful home in a central spot in Plomari. Clean and fully equipped. The parking lot very close if you have a car. Very kind and informative host!

The room was very clean and welcoming. Ioannis has foreseen and equipped with everything one almost needs for a few days of stay. The location is very favorable for anyone who wants to move around the center.

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Cleanliness down to the finest detail is also very important. We were amazed by the interior design. It was also a place we would prefer again due to its location.

Other than that, the location of the house was good and the house was tidy in the last stream. The house was almost complete, there were all kinds of tools. I recommend it to those who are thinking of staying… it was a pleasant stay with my small dog.

I fell in love with Ayvalik, it is not much known to foreign tourists so it was a bonus:). Beautiful architecture in every corner. House was in perfect location minutes from the beach (I swam every day). Ayvalik can get windy and it was our lack that whole week was windly so that put off children swimming in the sea close to house but we drove to sarimsakli beach which sandy and super nice. You can even pay and go to local hotels pools (Elisa was 5min away from the house-and we did swim there). House was also 5min drive away from Cunda island which is rather crowdy but worth the visit especially the museum and the chapel. I can say this was the cleanest air bnb stayed, proper Turkish house cleanness:) Owners are really nice pleasant people (Former teacher). They come every day to water the garden so I am sure if we had any issue they would have helped. We felt really safe in the area, my daughter would walk to beach on her own to collect stones and come home.

Highlights: - Situated in a nice and quiet little alley - Clean house, modern interior nicely appointed and well equipped overall, even if a laundry rack is missing. - Friendly and flexible hospitality. Zeynep is very helpful. Least: - Attention for those who want to rent in the summer: we only saw air conditioning in the living room on the ground floor, not in the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor under the roofs must be very hot - not inconvenient in April but maybe more in August. - Parking is not private but on the street 50m away. I had a hard time finding a spot one night, so maybe it's more difficult in the summer. - The city center of Ayvalik (the port) is a little far away on foot and the path is unpleasant (big road). 5 min by car. Likewise for the beaches that are far from Ayvalik.

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.
