The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Welcome to Lillhuset, our courtyard house in a quiet, central location in Söråker. This property offers comfortable accommodation for 3–4 people. The sleeping areas are divided into a bedroom with a smaller double bed and single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Wifi and TV with Chromecast. Pets are welcome, 2 cats live on the property. An EV charger is available; the actual cost/consumption will be charged according to the current electricity price. Please note that we only rent to private individuals, not to companies or through agents.

One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Welcome to Toppstugan on scenic Storholmen outside Sundsvall/Alnö. The island has rich nature and exciting history as a coastal fortress. Three cannons are today preserved on the island. The cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The view is unbeatable with sea views both north and south. Transportation is by own boat or booked boat transport with us. Price: SEK 300/person round trip Storholmen-Spikarna. Time as agreed with us. Option to hire a boat for SEK 250 per day

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.
