Apartment with historical character and good standard, in the heart of Bergen. Kitchen with unique old well. The house has been awarded by the Association of Ancient Monuments. Genuine Bergen atmosphere. Staircase-free access. The apartment is located in Marken, a car-free village in the middle of the city, by the idyllic Lille Lungegårdsvannet and Byparken. Short walking distance to train, bus/airport bus, tram and speedboats. A few minutes away: Fløibanen, Fisketorget, Bryggen, Grieghallen, Kode art collections, Festplassen, Torgallmenningen etc.

There is a bed of 180 and two beds of 140, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, a spacious hallway and a private balcony facing the backyard. The apartment was renovated in 2020 with a particularly high standard and good qualities, with tiled bathrooms with heating cables, parquet on all floors and balanced ventilation system. Gode senger, nye møbler og fine farger. Utenfor er det mange blomster. Om sommeren sitter naboer sammen i smauet, vårt trange smau. Blir dere med? Området er kjent for disse smale gatene og de 150-250 år gamle trehusene tett i tett. Alle forskjellige. Det er stille og fredeleg her, og likevel bare ti minutter å gå til sentrum
