Our host was very responsive from the beginning and remained so throughout our stay. The space was very clean and free of plug-ins and fragrances. There were plenty of indoor activities which were good for our grandson. The park across the street was easily accessible and had a tremendous playground. This is a great space for a family or families with children that has plenty to do to keep them entertained.

Enjoyed our stay, nice quiet location, good location to many places we were interested in going to. Very Clean, pretty well stocked...had three kinds of coffee makers, but did not have any extra coffee filters for the conventional coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen, missing a few things...juice reamer, coffee filters, only had one martini glass...we needed four! We loved the layout of the bedrooms/baths, one thing...during sunset, sitting in the living room area, the sun comes beaming in through the outside patio and there is no blind to put down during that time! would recommend to all.

my friends and I were set to arrive in Charleston on the weekend following severe flooding from Hurricane Debby. We were worried we wouldn't be able to come and Daniel was extremely understanding and fast to communicate with me how we could make it work if we had to cancel. his willingness to be flexible when he didn't have to was more than 5 star service. The house is refurbished with skill; no landlords specials to be seen. the sunken bonus room off of the kitchen came in clutch when some of us were sleeping but some were up watching TV. beds were super comfy. plenty of charging ports around the house. SO CLOSE to everything we wanted to do in Park Circle and to get to our game at the convention center.

The house was great for our family while we were in town for a wedding! We enjoyed the decor, layout of the home, and the extra pillows and linens. The large living space was great for our family & pups. The location is convenient and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The road was a little loud at night, but I am a light sleeper and the noise machine did the trick!

The apartment is spacious and was perfect for our family while we attended a wedding in Charleston. It’s very convenient to the airport, which worked well for us because we had people arriving and departing at different times. You are a solid 20-30 minutes from downtown.

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view. Dan was super responsive. This home had everything that we needed including a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, water and snacks. We loved the screen porch and open porch upstairs of the primary bedroom. Great location close to everything! We would definitely stay at this home again as well as highly recommended it to others looking to stay in the area.

We had a really good time. The lake view was very relaxing.I could have stayed longer just sitting on the back deck overlooking the lake. Mackenzie left turtle food to feed the aquatic turtles. So much fun. This place is very nice and clean. I appreciated the board games, books, and puzzles that were in the house and, for anyone with small children, there are toys and books. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the things that were stocked in the house. And for anyone with kids that like to look at airplanes. This place is close to the airport and Air Force Base, so lots of aircraft to see anytime. Would love to stay here again

The house was perfect for a weekend trip for an event at the convention center. Well appointed with clean comfortable furniture, great cleanliness, and a fenced in yard perfect for our small dogs. Kids loved the ping pong and Sega game console. Provided toiletries was a nice touch. Seemed like a nice enough neighborhood that we were comfortable walking in, a good option for North Charleston. Easy 25-30 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to convention center. Host was great as well!

There’s not enough space here to leave enough of an amazing review!! Kathy was seriously the most wonderful host I’ve ever experienced. She helped us not only have a beautiful stay but helped us to celebrate our son’s birthday while we were here! She gave amazing recommendations, her place was so lovely and had ice cream at that place literally every amenity one could ask for. I think for me though it was the love and kindness that you don’t see a lot of these days, and Kathy gave that with abundance!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Our stay was here was lovely! Everything felt clean and cozy. Amenities as listed. The lake view was beautiful. Host was very communicative. She reached out to us about bad weather and accommodated our needs! We needed a later check out time and they rescheduled their contractor so that we could leave later. Overall great experience!!
