The vaulted living room has pull-out love seat for one sleeper, TV [ROKU, You Tube TV, HULU, Netflix, Amazon, Disney], Blu-Ray player and Google Nest Mini. Enjoy breakfast items like fresh eggs, juice, milk, bread, coffee, tea and our homemade pizzelle.

Holly House B & B is a new studio apartment in the downstairs of my 1930's English Tudor home. Its beautiful light-filled decor is designed to help you relax, and unwind during your visit to historic Lancaster County. Holly House offers you privacy with an outside entrance into your tranquil space which features a living room, bedroom alcove, dining space, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, and off-street parking, steps from your door. Pond Cottage

Built in the mid-late 1800s, this cozy cottage was once a milk house and later a welding shop. Overlooking two spring-fed ponds, the Pond Cottage showcases original rough-cut beams and wood planks. It offers a queen bed, heat, electricity, a composting toilet, an outdoor shower, and air conditioning. As the largest and most centrally located cottage on the property, it provides a unique blend of comfort and history. Limited Wi-Fi is available in common areas, and cell service is limited.

Welcome to our beautiful cottage surrounded by farmland, but with easy access and centrally located in Lancaster County. Less than 5 min. from the PA Turnpike and the Renaissance Fair. We are 10 min. from the Spooky Nook sports complex, and 35 min. from both the Hershey attractions and the heart of Amish country in Lancaster. We highly recommend the Kountry Kitchen Family Diner, a short walk from the house, as well as Hilltop Acres Farm Market, only a minute up the road!

Our location at the foot of Blue Mountain is ideal for a get away, or a place to work plus relax. Seven miles from Hawk Mountain, and 3 miles from hiking (including the Appalachian Trail), biking, and the historic borough of Hamburg. Although rural, it is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Enjoy pure comfort in our solar and geothermal heated and cooled modern house. There is possible additional sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
