The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. There's also air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi (600 Mb fibre), the details of which are provided once the booking has been made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. The apartment is fully at the guest's disposal and all the items described on the website can be used, but guests cannot access the building's common areas, such as the interior courtyards or the roof terrace, or stay on the stair landings. Access can be done without a person waiting to open them, as being a separate access from the street and having a security box with key to the entrance can be accessed freely once the access code is provided. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (fiber of 600 mb) and television with USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as the DTT with the conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. An excellent choice for accommodation, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged) and lift. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. The Bernabeu Stadium is nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, all with large windows providing natural light (most of the apartments in the neighbourhood are ground-floor or interior with less light and pedestrian traffic). Large beds with latex mattresses and pillows, and cotton sheets. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV (FireTV), air conditioning and heating.

Whenever a new guest comes in I make sure that an in-depth cleaning is done, everything is new and I like to keep things in good condition and clean

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
