1 bedroom casita completely renovated as "green" as possible in the village of Corrales, midway between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. The casita includes a Smart TV, Select Comfort bed, off street parking and a pellet stove. The shower is to "die for". Close to the Bosque and Rio Grande, biking and riding trails. Swimming pool and tennis courts across the street, with Sunday growers Market. Corrales is a village in Sandoval County with a population of 8329, nestled between Albuquerque and Rio Rancho by the Rio Grande, but seems worlds away from its surrounding cities. Very close to Balloon Fiesta and great views of the balloons. Albuquerque has great skiing, biking and hiking, fabulous museums and art galleries. A no miss is the Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway which slowly climbs the 10,378 foot peak of the mountain that form Albuquerque's eastern border. Corrales is also close to Santa Fe and the Indian Market and the famous Santa Fe flea market and opera. Santa Fe also has a wonderful folk art museum, Georgia O'Keefe museum and many art galleries and great shopping. There have been some complaints about the bed and we have replaced the select comfort bed that was causing some problems with a new mattress. We are cognizant of the problems regarding the Corona Virus and are following Airbnb protocol for cleaning.

Very nice, spacious and recently fully updated brick home. Excellent multi speaker sound system. The house is clean, very comfortable, and inviting. 55” TV’s in all bedrooms. High quality games and indoor activities if you want to stay in and spend time with family or just relax. There are also many choices for dining within walking distance and two major shopping malls right around the corner. The house is also in close proximity to three parks if you are a runner or just enjoy the outdoors.
