The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a public parking lot 5 min by foot which costs 4 CHF per day. The train station is also 5 min by foot.

The modern kitchen and the open living area invite you to linger. You can best enjoy the beautiful weather outside under the gazebo or with a barbecue. The playground is located vis-à-vis. Since we live with our 4 children and dogs on the upper floor, there is always someone there if you need something.

Located on the third floor, only via stairs. 1 bedroom with double bed, open space with two double sofa beds and a single armchair bed, kitchenette stocked with everything you need to cook. Bathroom with shower. Garden in the back of the house, from which you can admire the red train pass by, and just seven hundred meters away is the famous helical viaduct, where you can admire the passage of the train even from the house. Station at four hundred meters.

The lovingly renovated house is located on the river in the immediate vicinity of the historic village center of Poschiavo. The house offers 6 beautiful bedrooms for two people each and under the historic stone roof a mattress camp with 8 beds, a total of 20 beds. A large dining/living room can accommodate over 20 people.
